Δύο δεκαετίες γεμάτες αγάπη ❤️, όραμα και σκληρή δουλειά από μια ομάδα ανθρώπων που δίνουν αδιάκοπα τον καλύτερό τους εαυτό, δημιουργώντας μια διοργάνωση αντάξια της ιστορίας της.

Η φετινή επετειακή διοργάνωση χαρακτηρίστηκε από δύο βασικά στοιχεία: την επιστροφή των Ελλήνων αθλητών στο βάθρο 🏆 στον Γύρο Θάσου, καθώς και τις πρωτόγνωρες χειμωνιάτικες καιρικές συνθήκες ❄️ που επικράτησαν για πρώτη φορά στην ιστορία της διοργάνωσης. Το Σάββατο 2 Μαΐου, 350 αθλητές έλαβαν εκκίνηση στον Γύρο Θάσου.

Μεγάλος νικητής αναδείχθηκε ο Αντώνης Παπαδόπουλος της ομάδας Van Moer Logistics με χρόνο 4:07:51. Τη δεύτερη θέση κατέλαβε ο Βούλγαρος Georgi Dimitrov της Protos με χρόνο 4:11:15 και την τρίτη ο Αντώνης Τσουκαλοχωρίτης της Aeolos Cycling Team με χρόνο 4:11:50. Στις γυναίκες, νικήτρια ήταν η Ρουμάνα Alice Perjoiu με χρόνο 4:18:46, δεύτερη η Βουλγάρα Mihaela Grozdanov της LEVSKI με χρόνο 4:28:13 και τρίτη η Τουρκάλα Buse Ozlem με χρόνο 4:28:22. Την Κυριακή 3 Μαΐου, περίπου 150 αθλητές συμμετείχαν στο MTB Thassos Cup, τον παλαιότερο αγώνα ορεινής ποδηλασίας στην Ελλάδα ⛰️. Στη διαδρομή των 34 χλμ., νικητής αναδείχθηκε ο Βούλγαρος Nikolay Kolev με χρόνο 01:53:02, ακολουθούμενος από τον Stefan Stefanov της CC-Protos με 01:56:08 και τον Ηλία Τάτσιο της ΠΟΔΗΛΑΤΗΣ με 01:57:03. This year’s anniversary event was marked by two key elements: the return of Greek athletes to the podium 🏆 at the Tour of Thassos, as well as the unprecedented winter weather conditions ❄️ that prevailed for the first time in the event’s history. On Saturday, May 2, 350 athletes took the starting line at the Thasos Round.

The overall winner was Antonis Papadopoulos of the Van Moer Logistics team with a time of 4:07:51. Second place went to Georgi Dimitrov of Protos from Bulgaria with a time of 4:11:15, and third place to Antonis Tsoukalochoritis of the Aeolos Cycling Team with a time of 4:11:50. In the women’s race, the winner was Alice Perjoiu of Romania with a time of 4:18:46, second place went to Mihaela Grozdanov of Bulgaria from LEVSKI with a time of 4:28:13, and third place went to Buse Ozlem of Turkey with a time of 4:28:22. On Sunday, May 3, approximately 150 athletes participated in the MTB Thassos Cup, the oldest mountain biking race in Greece ⛰️. On the 34-km course, the winner was Bulgarian Nikolay Kolev with a time of 01:53:02, followed by Bulgarian Stefan Stefanov of CC-Protos with 01:56:08 and Ilias Tatsios of PODILATIS with 01:57:03. In the historic 55 km race, the winner was Georgi Dimitrov of CC-Protos from Bulgaria with a time of 03:00:37.10, in an impressive battle that was decided at the finish line ⏱️, with fellow Bulgarian Dimitar Dikelov following just four-tenths of a second behind.

Third place went to Romanian Bogdan Pirvu of the BikeXpert Racing Team with a time of 03:03:39. In the women’s race, Yoana Valkanova (03:35:18) finished first, and the second-place finisher clocked a time of 03:40:31. In the 55 km E-Bikes category ⚡, the winner was Romanian George-Lucian Neaga with a time of 02:20:33, second was Bulgarian Ivan Dimitrov with 02:29:26, and third was the ambassador for athletes with diabetes in Romania, Ionut Dragan of the BikeXpert Racing Team, with a time of 02:31:15.
